Process Serving
At Eclipse we strive on excellence! Once we receive a Process Serve instruction from our clients a confirmation email will be sent and you will be advised that the Service of the Documents is being dealt with immediately.
Once the Process Server has made his attendance you will be notified and updated accordingly. When service has been affected, we will prepare for you free of charge a Certificate of Service - we have no hidden extras at Eclipse Legal Services. The price quoted for a Process Serve instruction is the price you pay.
